My wife looked at me one night and said:

“You're getting too old for romance.”

I looked at her and said:

“Excuse me? I can still be romantic.”

She smiled and said:

“Prove it.”

So I turned off the lights.

I lit a candle.

I put on some romantic music.

Then I walked toward her with confidence.

She smiled and whispered:

“See? I knew you still had it.”

I took her hand and said:

“Absolutely.”

Then my knee made a loud cracking sound.

She started laughing.

I said:

“That wasn't me.”

She said:

“Your knees disagree.”

I looked at her and said:

“Fine. Romance tomorrow. Tonight we're both going to bed early.” 😂
