Draco was arguing with Hermione outside the library.
“You always think you're right.”
Hermione looked up from her book.
“That's because I usually am.”
Draco rolled his eyes.
“That's exactly what I'm talking about.”
Hermione smiled.
“Then you're making my point for me.”
Draco paused.
“How?”
She closed her book.
“You said I always think I'm right.”
“Yes.”
“You didn't say I was wrong.”
Draco stared at her.
“That's not fair.”
Hermione smiled.
“Neither is arguing with someone who reads the entire book.”
Draco shook his head.
“You know what? I'm done.”
Hermione opened her book again.
“Finally.”
Draco took two steps away.
Then he turned around.
“Wait.”
Hermione looked up.
“What?”
“I think I actually have a good argument.”
Hermione closed her book again.
“Go ahead.”
Draco opened his mouth.
Nothing came out.
Hermione waited.
“Still working on it?”
Draco frowned.
“Yes.”
“Take your time.”
A few seconds passed.
Draco sighed.
“I hate this.”
Hermione smiled.
“You hate losing.”
“Same thing.”
“Not quite.”
Draco walked away.
“I'm never arguing with you again.”
Hermione returned to her book.
“You said that yesterday.”
